      All Products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects at time of sale. No guarantees are stated or implied for issues arising from misuse of product by pets or pet parents.  Always follow the care and use instructions which are sewn into every item. Retailers must report order shortages to pets@arlee.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims are subject to verification prior to credit being authorized. Consumer concerns or quality assurance questions should be directed to pets@arlee.com.

      All orders are final and may not be canceled once they have been shipped.
